Digital Services Act

Commitment to Transparency and Safety

At Roll Global Ebooks, we are committed to maintaining a secure, transparent, and legally compliant digital infrastructure for our global clients. This page provides information in accordance with the European Union’s Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), which aims to create a safer digital space where the fundamental rights of all users of digital services are protected.

Nature of Our Digital Services

Roll Global Ebooks operates as a direct provider of proprietary digital assets and operational blueprints. We sell our own high-resolution PDF frameworks directly to consumers. We do not operate as an online marketplace for third-party sellers, nor do we host user-generated content for public dissemination. Therefore, our obligations under the DSA are aligned with those of a direct digital retailer rather than a hosting platform.

Single Point of Contact (Articles 11 and 12 of the DSA)

In compliance with the Digital Services Act, we have designated a single point of contact to enable direct, rapid, and effective communication with Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services, as well as for our users.

Designated Contact Information

Authorities and users can reach our operational compliance team directly regarding any DSA-related inquiries, content reporting, or legal requests using the following channel:

Reporting Illegal Content or Violations

While our platform strictly distributes proprietary materials created by Roll Global Ebooks, we take intellectual property rights and digital safety very seriously. If you believe that any content provided on our website violates applicable laws or your intellectual property rights, we urge you to report it immediately.

How to Submit a Report

Please send a detailed notice to our designated contact email (support@rollglobalebooks.com). To ensure a swift and accurate operational response, your report must include:

  1. A clear description of the exact location (URL) of the content in question.

  2. A detailed explanation of why you consider the content to be illegal or a violation of rights.

  3. Your contact information for follow-up communication.

Operational Response and Action

Upon receiving a substantiated report, our compliance team will promptly investigate the claim. Roll Global Ebooks reserves the right to take swift action, which may include removing or disabling access to any content deemed to be in violation of the law or our internal policies, and cooperating with relevant authorities when necessary.
